On May 30, Zhejiang Province "spearhead" research and development plan - "Marine engineering polyester industrial wire rope research and development and industrialization" project in Zhejiang four brothers Rope Industry Co., LTD. Zhejiang Province's "spearhead" research and development plan is supported by provincial financial funds and is one of the four major science and technology research plans in Zhejiang Province. To promote the relatively short-term, small incision key core technology research tasks of 1-3 years.

Li Hangyu, the project leader, made an overall report on the project, expounded the main research and development content, innovation points and key technical focus of the project, made a key analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the project, improved the project schedule and made specific requirements. Zhang Xianming, professor of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, analyzed the specific content of the project from the technical aspect, expounded the existing difficulties and the methods and ideas to solve them in the future.
