The company has long carried out technical cooperation with the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the "South China Sea Institute"), Ocean University of China, Sun Yat-sen University and other scientific research institutions, and has broken through the equipment problems restricting the development of China's Marine aquaculture industry through continuous research and development. At that time, the South China Sea Institute and enterprises jointly developed a new generation of domestic deep-water wind and wave cage suitable for China's sea area. The cage is produced with HDPE high-density polyethylene raw materials, the typhoon resistance capacity reaches 12, the aquaculture water body with a circumference of 60 meters is more than 1500 cubic meters, the aquaculture output is more than 15,000 kilograms, the output value of a single box is 40 times that of traditional cages, and the economic efficiency has been significantly improved, and the formation of the research results of "deep water wind and wave cage equipment development and application". Later, with the deepening of the research, the enhanced deep-water cage, lifting cage and other forms of cage equipment have been developed, and the production and installation process and method of China's deep-water cage system have been explored, and the technical problems of cage manufacturing, wind and wave resistance and installation have been solved. A number of key supporting equipment such as remote multi-channel automatic feeding system have been invented to solve the technical problems of mechanization and automatic control of deep-water cage farming. "The cage must not only have a scientific design, but also in strict accordance with the technical requirements in the production, installation and other aspects of the construction, strict control." For example, the temperature and time of the pipe and components during welding, the tying knot of the anchor rope, the thickness, the weight of the fixed anchor, and the error in positioning will affect the quality and use of the cage. "Any small mistake in extreme sea conditions will cause the collapse of the entire cage, which is the so-called 'small difference'." Feng Huiming said. In order to test the actual use of making cages, Deepnet Co., Ltd. built 20 groups of 80 HDPEC43 deep-water cages in Shenzhen test base of Nanhai Institute as a breeding technology test, and carried out the breeding work of varieties of eggfish, mud fish and grouper, and achieved satisfactory results.

Explore the high limit anti-typhoon cage scheme




Based on the sea conditions of the South China Sea, far-reaching Marine aquaculture has higher requirements for typhoon resistance indicators. Feng Huiming introduced that at present, the ocean conditions adapted to the cage in China are generally: Typhoon 14, wave height of 7 meters, flow rate of 1.5 meters/second; Individual Marine survival conditions with special requirements can be improved to: adapt to typhoon 17, wave height of 9 meters, flow rate of 1.5 meters/second. At present, most of the deep-water cage pipes used are hollow pipes to ensure the buoyancy of the cage frame, but this hollow design has a fatal characteristic, once there is a slight rupture, it will cause the whole frame to enter water and sink to the bottom.




In response to this situation, Feng Huiming looked for a lot of information, but also consulted a lot of industry experts, after countless studies and tests, and finally developed a technical solution that can enhance the rigidity of the frame, ensure the shape of the frame, and continue to use the deep water cage frame normally after the collapse of the frame pipe.




The deep water cage frame comprises an outer ring tube, an inner ring tube, a handrail tube and a connecting piece. In this scheme, foam strips should be filled in the cage pipe first to increase the buoyancy of the cage. The two ends of the ring tube are bound and fixed in the connecting piece. There are partitions inside the outer ring tube and the inner ring tube, and a closed air cabin is formed between the partitions. In the past, when installing cages in the vast sea because there is no reference, it is difficult to accurately install cages and anchors in the designated position, many cages are shifted due to the unbalanced force of the anchor position, this situation in the use of high-precision GPS positioning technology, the error is reduced by 2 meters, relatively accurate installation. "When operating, we will first place a pre-prepared buoy at the working point, and the length of the buoy rope is slightly longer than the water depth. Since 2011, the company has installed more than 500 wind and wave resistant deep water cages in the waters of Dawok Island, Erwok Island and Green Chau Island in Yangjiang, and they are currently operating normally, laying the foundation for the establishment of Yangjiang City deep sea cage industrial Park. Feng Huiming mentioned the four keys of the cage anti-typhoon: first, the cage specifications can not be too large, the larger the impact surface of the net by the waves and currents, the greater the force, "trees", especially in the open sea, the use of 120 meters or even 160 meters of deep water cage hydraulic impact projection area is large, the wind resistance area is large, and it is easier to be damaged in the typhoon; Second, the anchor, rope, frame, mesh must be matched, to scientific calculation, combined with experience, accurate matching, accurate installation, to strengthen the usual maintenance work; Thirdly, fish with a moderate capacity should be raised according to the volume of the cage. If the breeding density is too high, the impact between fish is more likely to be injured and killed when the typhoon disaster comes. Fourth, all materials of the cage must be real, and the installation and maintenance personnel are responsible.
